Meli is seeking Certificate III and Diploma‑qualified Educators to join our relief team, supporting both planned leave and short‑notice shifts across our network of 32 kindergartens and preschools.

You’ll be paid in line with the VECTEA 2020 agreement:
Certificate III qualified educators: $28.12 - $30.23 p/h + casual loading
Diploma qualified educators: $31.66 p/h + casual loading

What We're Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent as approved by ACECQA and suitable pursuant to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011)
- A valid Working with Children Check for Educators.
- Knowledge of the National Education and Care Services Act and Regulations 2011 and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and ECEC National Quality Framework and Standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to different teams and settings.
- A passion for supporting children’s development through creative, reflective, and responsive teaching practices.
