Business Partner Reconciliation (First Nations Identified)
At Meli, we are on a journey of reconciliation.
We know this work does not sit with one person; it belongs to the whole organisation.
We are looking for someone to join us as Business Partner Reconciliation who can walk alongside us and help keep our reconciliation work grounded and accountable.
You’ll play an important part in progressing the reconciliation work already underway at Meli, helping connect intention with action so it becomes a part of our everyday practice.
What the work might look like
No two days will look the same, some of the ways you might spend your time include:
- Supporting the delivery, tracking and review of Meli’s Reconciliation Action Plan
- Chairing and supporting a Reconciliation Working Group
- Offering advice and cultural grounding to support decision‑making
- Working alongside staff and leaders to take ownership of reconciliation
- Supporting relationships with community and ACCOs
Position Details
- Part time, Ongoing position
- 0.6 FTE with flexibility in how you structure your working hours
- $110,379 p/a (pro-rata) + Super + Salary Packaging
