Welcome and Engagement Worker

The first interaction can shape whether a young person feels safe enough to take the next step. As a Welcome and Engagement Worker, you’ll create connection, reduce barriers and help young people feel heard, supported and empowered from the moment they arrive.

  • Create a welcoming and accessible first point of contact where young people feel safe, respected and supported to engage.
  • Connect young people with tailored information, resources and strengths-based support that responds to their individual needs.
