We’re currently offering three part-time roles, each with its own rhythm and opportunity to make a difference.

 

What Makes These Roles Special?

Three Schedules, One Shared Purpose

 

• Vacancy 1 (requires Certificate III or Diploma)

  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday — 8:00am to 4:45pm

  Vacancy 2 (requires Certificate III or Diploma)

  Monday & Tuesday — 12:00pm to 4:30pm

  Wednesday — 8:00am to 5:00pm

  Thursday — 8:15am to 1:45pm

  Friday — 8:15am to 1:30pm

• Vacancy 3 (requires Diploma)
  Thursday & Friday — 8:00am to 4:45pm

 

All roles offer the opportunity to pick up additional shifts through our relief team across our network of 31 kindergartens, giving you flexibility and variety across different learning environments.

 

Each day, you’ll help create inclusive, play-based programs that spark curiosity and support children’s development. You’ll work closely with a team of educators and teachers, building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, while contributing to a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

We recognise the expertise you bring to your role. These positions are paid $24.87-$28.01 per hour, in line with the VECTEA 2020 agreement.

What You'll Bring

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Certificate III or Diploma, or equivalent as approved by ACECQA and suitable pursuant to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011) 
• A valid Working with Children Check for Educators.
• Knowledge of the National Education and Care Services Act and Regulations 2011 and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and ECEC National Quality Framework and Standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to different teams and settings.
• A passion for supporting children’s development through creative, reflective, and responsive teaching practices.
